    Horrible. would not recommend it literally the mac came broken it would NOT turn on and if it did the screen would stay blue.. and it came FLITHY like they didnt even bother cleaning it atleast, and there was a bunch of scratches,the customer service wasn’t even that helpful either. 1/10 horrible experience here.

    I have had it for a little over a month. I received the laptop with no scratches or such things. Everything worked well, it has a decent battery life. Overall, it works well & came in good condition. I recommend purchasing if you’re in the market for a macbook!

    What a great laptop! There are so many things I lucked on on, the gold look is beautiful, I often prefer silver or space grey to gold but this is just as great! No scratches or dents, no problems for being refurbished. Runs fast and pretty good for the price for a less than five year MacBook. Definitely recommend.

    It came with a little scratches but nothing crazy. It is a little slow when I turn it on but it’s okay. Overall it’s a really good product, I’ve been using it for a little over a month and it’s been really good

    I got it for a great price! I never had any issues previously buying from Best Buy, even refurbished but this time I had to return the first one because it broke and the second is incredibly slow and I almost returned it as well and the battery life is very poor

    When opening the box it came with the laptop and the charger. I was testing it out to see if everything works and it did except for the camera. So, I thought I reset the computer to factory settings and it worked. I would say thats the only thing I disliked as well as the fact that it was more when I got it. Looking back at the price it’s $50 less than what I purchased it. Although, I am happy with my purchase.

    Resale and its geek squad looking over the Apple products. They can at least fix the battery life. In order to use it i have to keep it plug in. Or after 20 or 30 minutes. Battery life is gone.
