Not clean, sticky, laptop was reset to factory set

What bothered me is that it’s extremely sticky: like I can’t open it. Have to pry it open. They could have wiped it down. This is a gift for my graduation HS kid. I’ll see tomorrow once she gets it IF there are any further issues. Fast shipping

Best Buy I highly recommend for anyone looking for gifts or just to purchase on a daily.

We have never purchased a refurbished product and were honestly a bit skeptical at first, but we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The MacBook was delivered to us in great condition and works as if it was brand new.

Ordering them from Best Buy is an easy place you can trust. I have purchased at least 4 pre-owned macs from Best Buy in the last 3 years, and not one has failed me yet. TY

It runs more or less but is a little on the slower side. Slow enough for me to be inconvenienced. I'm not confident i'd by a used mac again, it doesn't run well enough for what I paid. It also came very dirty and there was this sticky goo preventing me from even opening the laptop. Upsetting but what can you really do at the end of the day.
