    Works perfect. Screen came with no cracks or scratches. Keyboard has one little scratch but I don’t really care. Would buy again !

    Didn’t even bother turning it on. Received it with all 4 corners dented. 1 was so bad that the headphone jack was caved in. The keys were oily from heavy use, and the screen had scratches and marks from being closed on the keyboard. With how horrible this was, I immediately returned it and spent an extra $150 on a brand new Air with the M1 chip. You’d think that buying GEEK SQUAD REFURBISHED means you’re getting a good refurbished product but you’d be sadly mistaken.

    Came in by u p s excited to get my new computer it looks brand new, so it should work right? Nope, won't even turn on. I let it charge. I believe it's charging. I looked online, it turns out you turn it on just by opening the lid, which i've done many of times lol it said, if that doesn't work, press the touch I. D did that still nothing works

    This Mac came to my house in 3 days-great! But the seal around the screen was not placed correctly and was sticking out. The geeks at Best Buy said there was no way to fix it so I had to return it and order another one. 2 weeks later I have one that works.
