    We are very dissatisfied with our purchase and with our experience in attempting to return product. Both computers did not work and because we were late to return we are being told that there is simply nothing that can be done. While speaking with a supervisor in chat today they just stopped communicating with me when I continued to be unsatisfied. I am a loyal best buy customer, my husband is an elite member and I am very disaapointed in Best Buy

    This item never arrived, and i had to wait for over 2 months to get my refund and I still haven’t even received my refund they just keep on lying about sending me a check and they never do. I had to re order this item twice but never got it. And the costumer service is insanely poor.

    Space bar broken on pickup and I had to buy a new floor model. Waited 4 weeks for something broken. Waste of time and money for refurbished items not knowing if it is worth it or not

    So I ordered this item twice. First time I ordered it said it was stocked but actually wasn’t. Second time was same issue. The refurbished items seem like they are harder to receive. I just end up bitting the bullet and ordering a new one.
