Poor refurbished product, poor customer service

Both computers did not work and because we were late to return we are being told that there is simply nothing that can be done. While speaking with a supervisor in chat today they just stopped communicating with me when I continued to be unsatisfied. I am a loyal best buy customer, my husband is an elite member and I am very disaapointed in Best Buy

I had to re order this item twice but never got it. And the costumer service is insanely poor.

Stock issue.

First time I ordered it said it was stocked but actually wasn’t. Second time was same issue. The refurbished items seem like they are harder to receive. I just end up bitting the bullet and ordering a new one.
