    This item never arrived, and i had to wait for over 2 months to get my refund and I still haven’t even received my refund they just keep on lying about sending me a check and they never do. I had to re order this item twice but never got it. And the costumer service is insanely poor.

    Space bar broken on pickup and I had to buy a new floor model. Waited 4 weeks for something broken. Waste of time and money for refurbished items not knowing if it is worth it or not

    So I ordered this item twice. First time I ordered it said it was stocked but actually wasn’t. Second time was same issue. The refurbished items seem like they are harder to receive. I just end up bitting the bullet and ordering a new one.

    Just received this MacBook Air yesterday. Speedy delivery - very happy with that. I do realize this is recertified/refurbished and while I wasn't expecting a NEW product, I was a bit displeased with the state of cleanliness of the laptop. For almost $700, I expected it to have been at least wiped down. Took a good amount of scrubbing to take off the gunk. So far, it works as intended. A small speck on the screen that I'm not too sure about just yet. May or may not keep the item - if I can get a new one for only $200 more...

    The laptop runs great! When I opened the package I didn’t realize the flaw was a exterior flaw on the top of the laptop. There is a sharp piece of metal that is part of the laptop.

    For just 110 dollars more (less used) you can get the M1 macbook air, way faster, will last you longer, fanless, you can get it new and its tightly integrated into MacOS as its chip is made by Apple
