Pretty good condition and no weird surprises. Everything was basically fine.

There's probably nothing wrong with this computer, but I'm still getting used to it and am still uncomfortable with it. I'm tech phobic, so anything that doesn't work the way I'm used to, or that I simply don't know how to use leaves me very upset. I've been back and forth to the Geek Squad for help and they've been fantastic! Unfortunately, they're, for the most part, not Apple experts, but they will try their darndest and will give you all the time needed to try to figure things out with you. More generally, I don't like the newer Apple computers because I find them too light--the move around too easily. I don't like the lack of ports and the need to buy additionally hardware--a great way for Apple to make more money. I've always been an Apple user, but I'm thinking if I ever have to get another computer, I may not get another Apple.

Bought as a birthday present for work. Has done great and wouldn’t have went with another computer over this one!

I desperately needed a new lap top and knew I couldn't pay new retail prices. I hadn't considered refurbished until my daughter suggested I just take a look. I'm so happy that I was open to this idea. My macbook is great and functions beautifully. I will recommend refurbished to anyone looking to replace their current electronics. Thanks

Good laptop for the price, light weight and easy to use

Bought for my teen to replace broken MacBook. Setup was seamless, delivery was quick and no problems so far, it’s been 2 months. Display is great, speed appears good and battery life is good. It comes with power cord.

This is my first time owning a Mac and that is why I didn’t mind spending $300 for a refurbished one (just in case I didn’t like it). The packaging was great and the laptop looks brand new! It’s the perfect size to carry anywhere! The only thing I’ve noticed is that it does lag a little bit although I’m unsure if that has to do with the computer or the program I am trying to run. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to test a Mac.

Came in perfect practically new. No scratches, keyboard is intact, I love it. Plus it came right on schedule. Needed something light weight to transport to work and this is perfect! Highly recommend.

The MacBook is so light, and is perfect size. I love how easy it was to set up and connect my Apple account to. I love that I am able to separate my school, work, and personal stuff from one another, but still be able to access all of it in one place.

Bought as a Xmas gift for the 2025 season. My little lady loves it so far so good. Small cosmetic issue but other than that it’s serves it purpose perfectly

I purchased a brand new Mac last year for grad school and accidentally spilled water on it. Since I'm in school, I only work part time and unfortunately could not afford to purchase another new Mac. So instead I purchased this refurbished Mac from Best Buy. I would say its good enough for what I need. The laptop does frequently overheat, especially when I run a lockdown browser for exams BUT its still able to function normally otherwise. Usually I just quit applications when it overheats and it quickly cools down. Overall not a bad laptop BUT if financially possible, a new Mac is probably worth the extra money.

I bought this MacBook because I am returning to school. It’s absolutely perfect! The screen is spectacular, the style is very sleek, the size is just right, and it runs very fast.

Best Buy has the best overall service of any business I have used for purchasing. Their customer service is top of the line!! They are helpful, prompt in getting back to you and very customer friendly. Their website is user friendly and for someone who is 78 years of age, that speaks volumes!! I would recommend them to everyone.
