Hoping the laptop works. Small dent in lid but that’s ok. What bothered me is that it’s extremely sticky: like I can’t open it. Have to pry it open. They could have wiped it down. This is a gift for my graduation HS kid. I’ll see tomorrow once she gets it IF there are any further issues. Fast shipping

I use the computer for school, mostly research, canva, and writing. It runs more or less but is a little on the slower side. Slow enough for me to be inconvenienced. I'm not confident i'd by a used mac again, it doesn't run well enough for what I paid. It also came very dirty and there was this sticky goo preventing me from even opening the laptop. Upsetting but what can you really do at the end of the day.

My daughter absolutely LOVED this! Speed was excellent, it was beautiful and it came on time and very secure!

So in love with my MacBook. Did not have any scratches looked brand new. Only thing was charger not new but it’s okay I’ll purchase a new one.

We absolutely love our MacBook and couldn’t be happier with the purchase! We have never purchased a refurbished product and were honestly a bit skeptical at first, but we couldn’t be happier with the decision. The MacBook was delivered to us in great condition and works as if it was brand new.

Mac truly out performs any standard laptop, in my opinion. Ordering them from Best Buy is an easy place you can trust. I have purchased at least 4 pre-owned macs from Best Buy in the last 3 years, and not one has failed me yet. TY

When I brought this laptop I made sure to look at the reviews to see how well it work because it was refurbished item that can have problems. The reviews say it was a good product even though it was an older model. Once I got the computer I tested it out because I normally use a hp computer so I had get my self use to use Apple. Within the first couple of hours of using it the computer was over heating and I had to make sure I wasn’t doing anything to it that would effect it over heating. The MacBook was fully charged and was on a computer air machine for computers that over heat and it still wasn’t cooling down. So I ended up returning it because it was every that I was using it was over overheating, I was only doing school work on the computer. I would recommend this to a friend at all.

I love the color and the many new features! I've received so many compliments and can't wait to begin school now!
