Bought this for my daughter in college and she loves it! No issues noted and she says it works better than the one she started with 4 years ago.

Decided to buy this after my other Macbook died, just received today and the quality is amazing. No scratches or dents and the charger is good quality. 100% happy with my purchase.

Pretty good price for a high quality machine. Built with strong material but light and portable. Nothing super powerful but great for notes/browser... basically great for school

It's great. A little slow to start sometimes, but all I use it for is word documents. Great for writing on planes

This was the best purchase! This device is my sole source of communication and completing work on the go. As a teacher, I love reliable devices and this does it for me.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered this, it still says it isn't delivered, but was delivered several weeks ago. When I check delivery website, it says the delivery was complete. Since it remains undelivered, I couldn't process a return. The space bar didn't entirely work, there was a crack in the screen, a large dent on top, and the device was slow. After being shuffled around between phone service, local phone return service, and online chat, I was finally able to get a return label. However, my return hasn't been processed yet, and it still shows as delivery delayed in the Best Buy system. I hold out very little hope of being reimbursed.

Great product and a great price! Bought it for my spouse and they said it looks as good as new.

It works well for a refurbished lap top, it does exactly what I need it to do. It can be a little slow but it’s usually my fault because I use it on my lap with a blanket and it heats up too quickly.

It came by its self, no original box, i just wish it came with its original apple box. But the charger was dirty as hell, i would def recommend if youre looking for a cheap laptop thats refurbished :)

Laptop works perfectly! I wanted a new laptop at a lower price point and I trust Best Buy to make the products work perfectly. I do video editing, some softwares it can lag and it sounds like it’s about to take off lol, but it’s manageable.
