I recently started buying my tech secondhand and this is just another item on my list of things I’m glad I purchased refurbished! I paid less than half the price of this MacBook originally, and there is one minor scratch on the back of the laptop. Other than that no one would know that it was previously used. The only downside was the way that it was shipped, the box with all mangled and didn’t even have the words fragile written on it anywhere. Luckily, mine delivered with no damage, but that might not be the case for the next person who buys one. Highly recommend.

Since then, it has been a great device that works perfectly and has great style. The features described by Best Buy surpass reality. It was a wonderful purchase and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a device for college or personal use.

I literally just got it today and after inspecting noticed some pretty big defects like the finish around the screen was like coming off and my charger was like chewed on by a dog from the box. I know it’s inexpensive but at least let us know that the cosmetic thing is understandable but the charger? At least tell me I have to buy a new charger in the comments

I will see how it goes. If they charge me for it, I will get back to you and will put it at a two star

When I type certain letters, it enters them twice, which is annoying because I have to keep hitting backspace. Other than that, the refurbished laptop has no major issues. It’s nice and sleek.
