    Love my computer! Runs well and has just the storage I need. Speed is a little slow at times but overall good technology! Good start in the Mac universe!

    Laptop was visibly dirty and scuffed everywhere. Keyboard keys were sticking and not working due to food being stuck underneath. Screen was so dirty with finger prints I couldn’t see the screen until it was wiped 2 times. Computer is slow and freezes often. Overall disappointed as I have purchased refurbished items in the past and have never had any issue.

    It dors looks like bit used on keyboards but otherwise looks like perfectly like new. I have been using and has no issues so far. Excellent product

    Outside was slightly scratched as expected, but the display DID NOT WORK properly! The laptop was very slow and the display was broken. Not sure how this was "certified" as it was unusable. Disappointed, returned.

    Worthless and slow. I've created the trade-in programs for Toshiba America and 6 divisions of HP. This was a waste of time. I wouldn't ever consider this a "quality refurbishment". The sales staff also informed me this was a constant problem with Geek Squad refurbs.

    The computers were horrible quality even for second-hand. The keyboards did not work, one was actually broken and we ended up returning everything.
