Ordered this laptop and all that Best Buy sent was an empty box. Needless to say, I am less than impressed

I can’t give it a 0. Ordered on a Sunday said would be in on Wednesday. Purchased for a birthday present. A week later still hadn’t received package!

The hardware is in great condition and is excellent to use in the pinch that I'm in (laid off, need a computer to apply for jobs). It runs a little slow and requires a restart more regularly than I'd like, but overall, happy with my purchase for the price.

Good graphics and fast speed. Good battery and good charging.

Stop saying that you are "saving $750" on a used MacBook Air. This is an old Intel-based version that is worth about what you are selling it for. You can't compare that price to the price it was when it was new. I wouldn't even buy an Intel-based Mac now. Their shelf-life is limited since Apple Silicon has now been out for over four years. VERY deceptive adversiting and it needs to STOP. Best Buy needs to distinguish itself from the guano that is Amazon.

As far as I can tell, it works well. I’ve only been using it for about a month. A fair amount of cosmetic scuffing is evident on the outside of the laptop. All in all, for me, it was worthwhile to buy the refurbished version.

Very disappointed. The A and S keys were worn so low the were illegible. The refurbished Mac book was 5 years old and had been hammered the whole time apparently. I called and asked for a warranty and was told it was one year then 90 days then two weeks. I spent 3.5 hrs on the phone before being hung up on and finally had to return it.
