I had purchased the refurbished Macbook Air for my daughter in college to ease and enhance her studies and wanted something durable and reliable. Since then, it has been a great device that works perfectly and has great style. The features described by Best Buy surpass reality. It was a wonderful purchase and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a device for college or personal use.

I’ve always been a big supporter of buying secondhand products. I recently started buying my tech secondhand and this is just another item on my list of things I’m glad I purchased refurbished! I paid less than half the price of this MacBook originally, and there is one minor scratch on the back of the laptop. Other than that no one would know that it was previously used. The only downside was the way that it was shipped, the box with all mangled and didn’t even have the words fragile written on it anywhere. Luckily, mine delivered with no damage, but that might not be the case for the next person who buys one. Highly recommend.

It didn’t last 8 months then when I tried to get help at Best Buy, they wanted to charge an astronomical amount of money to fix it and it wasn’t covered with the manufacturer warranty because it was refurbished

How does my charger cord come in chewed on and has cords exposed? I literally just got it today and after inspecting noticed some pretty big defects like the finish around the screen was like coming off and my charger was like chewed on by a dog from the box. I know it’s inexpensive but at least let us know that the cosmetic thing is understandable but the charger? At least tell me I have to buy a new charger in the comments

Gifting my wife a MacBook for her birthday was the perfect choice, especially after her old laptop gave out. She immediately loved its sleek design, but it’s the performance that’s truly impressed us both it’s fast, reliable, and makes her classes so much easier. She can switch between tasks smoothly, and the Retina display is gentle on her eyes during long study sessions. The battery life keeps up with her full schedule, and the lightweight build means she can carry it around campus effortlessly. Seeing her dive into her studies with a tool that’s both powerful and efficient has made this gift incredibly rewarding.

I couldn’t be happier with my MacBook Air 13.3"! It’s been an absolute game-changer for nursing school. The speed is impressive, making it easy to juggle multiple tabs, documents, and apps without lag, which is crucial when working on assignments or reviewing lectures. I love how seamlessly it pairs with my iPhone—AirDrop is so handy for quickly sharing notes, and I can easily switch between my phone and Mac without missing a beat. The battery life is a lifesaver during long study sessions, and it’s lightweight enough to bring to class or the library without feeling weighed down. Overall, the MacBook Air is powerful, efficient, and a perfect companion for anyone in a demanding program like nursing! Highly recommend!

A good refurbished product, bought for my daughter because she wanted a Mac book and she loves it so far. Me being an almost 40yr old mom, I don’t find it that tech friendly but for the younger generation, I guess it’s right up their alley.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas, and it’s perfect. It came uncharged, and was incredibly slow at first, so we freaked out a little. Once it charged up it worked perfectly! I can’t speak to the battery life, since my mom insists on leaving it plugged in constantly, but it easily handles her 400 open tabs without overheating. She’s also very happy it looks pink lol.

If you need a MacBook for school this is not a bad alternative. If you don’t want to spend over 1,000 for the newest Mac then try a refurbish Mac. It doesn’t have the newest features but I have seen people with the 2014 Mac with the light up Apple. So those new features are not important.
