Very nice laptop. I was a little worried about the condition because it was refurbished but it is actually really good.

Seriously Glitchy Keyboard

I would have given this five stars, had it not been for the total keyboard meltdown that occurred 9 months after purchase. I can no longer use the laptop because of an Apple glitch with the keyboard on this particular style/year of laptop -- the "t," "r," "n," and space key all either register twice or not at all. I am incredibly frustrated that Best Buy refurbished this computer most likely knowing about this glitch with this make/model. I had to use a different computer to write this review. My suggestion to anyone considering a refurbished Mac is look up the serial number/year/model to make sure it didn't have pre-existing glitches that were never remedied!

Easy to use and it was finger touch to open !! Which i didn’t know and it was cool!! Came on time !! But package of where the box was at was damaged but the MacBook didn’t have no scratches or nothing.

I am not satisfied with the longevity of the refurbished aspect. I guess I should have expected. The product acts and runs (looks as well) like it had been used HEAVILY for 5-10 years. The rubber around the screen is literally falling apart. Disintegrating. Very disappointed. Brand new this computer would have been amazing.

New user to Apple. Have not setup computer as I cannot get pass the User setup page. Customer service/support has not helped. I have only been sent in circles to do the same thing over and over which ends in an error. I don't know what to do as I would love to transition to Apple but so far I have been unsuccessful to even create an account and get help from a human.
