Macbook had a bunch of smudge marks and came with no power adapter. I went back in person, and. The worker gave me some random USB C power brick. Computer works but i was under the impression it would come with the stock 35W adapter. False advertising

Laptop seems basically new with a battery at 100% health. Only problem was the accessories seem to be a random selection of what they have. Listing said a power adapter with two 30W USB-C ports and USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable. However I received a power adapter with one 60W USB-C port (which I think is better) and a USB-C to USB-C cable. After reaching out to the online chat, I was told they couldn’t really do anything online so they sent me in store to swap the cable. In store the nice employee just shrugged her shoulders and said she can’t help me unless I returned the whole order. Back to online chat after some very polite complaining they sent me a gift card to purchase the missing cable. If you don’t care about the accessories, then easy buy, if you do, maybe just be ready to complain

Wonderful quality and hardly any noticeable wear. I will always buy my laptops pre-owned certified from now on! These things are so expensive but this was an easy way for me to afford a new Mac after living off a tablet for too long.

I’m so happy with the purchase. I was really worried buying a recertified laptop but took a risk for the huge savings. it looks and functions as if it was brand new and out performs my 2019 MacBook Pro

It is a great update to my 2013 macbook air - much faster! I did have to figure out some of the security features in order to access my gmail but works great.

Device arrived with a damaged screen, took it back to bestbuy, bought it with the idea that if anything was wrong that the certified warranty would be there to help, but no Bestbuy isn’t “MacBook Certified” so they can’t do anything to replace the screen, or the device. The only option was to return it, so basically the guarantee means less than nothing on this device, as well as any supposed “warranty”

I ordered this Mac and expected the promised M3, 16GB RAM, 512gb SSD. It seemed to be in pretty good condition, so I didn't immediately have an issue. However, the day after recieving it I was looking at my settings and found myself in the storage section. Lo and behold I find that I only have 245gb of storage. I realize that the OS and other necessary programs often take a good portion of the available storage, but not THAT much, and I realized I only had a total of 256gb (the hard drive is not partitioned). I then found that I only have 8gb of RAM. It is an M3 though so I guess 1/3... I'll be bringing it in to Best Buy to have this figured out but I would make sure to check all your bases right when receive a refurbished Mac from here.
