I’m really happy with my purchase! The sleek design and vibrant Retina display make everything look stunning, whether I’m working on projects or streaming videos. Performance-wise, it handles multitasking smoothly, and I haven’t experienced any lag even with multiple apps open. The battery life is impressive too; I can easily get through a full day of work without needing to recharge. The only downside is the limited storage. While 128GB is enough for my everyday needs, I can see it filling up quickly if you store a lot of large files or media. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic laptop for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish device for everyday use!

This purchase is one of the best that i’ve ever done. This macbook works perfectly and looks brand new for a good reasonable price. If you’re looking to get a renewed macbook for a good price that works brand new this one is it. Helps me get work done so much better than other computers.

This computer is very good for how it is it lets me run steam Minecraft and epic while I’m on face time it’s very good and for the price I’m glad I made this purchase

After reading the reviews, I decided to roll the dice anyways and I’m glad I did. The laptop came in nearly flawless condition. The battery life is good. It runs quickly and I haven’t had any issues. The only letdown is, like other reviewers mentioned, it was advertised as a 2019 but is in fact a 2017.

Working great. Wife loves it. She needed her own personal MacBook. Made her very happy. The charger was sticky. Geek Squad could have wiped it clean.

Do not buy it. Awful battery life and no longer supports updates. Got the m2 air and it’s so much better in every way, so I would recommend going for a MacBook with an m series chip instead of one with a crappy intel chip and garbage battery life. Oh, and it’s absolutely ridiculous that the fans on mine would ramp up and make it get so hot when I was only doing something as simple as web browsing, like seriously?! It shouldn’t do that just from simple tasks. This one shouldn’t even be sold as refurbished anymore.

AYEE DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP FROM BEST BUY THEY ARE FINESSING… I saw the bad reviews and thought maybe that wouldn’t happen to me… I picked up a day ago , it worked just fine… but after like a hour on it I noticed the battery was dropping mad quick but I didn’t pay it no mind then I noticed how hot it was so I got off, long story short I didn’t touch it till the next day(today) after work I pick it up and it’s still hot asf so of rip I’m confused like why is it still hot it’s been turned off??… I plug it up and its not cutting on , eventually it turns on but the battery doesn’t get past 1% they set this up whoever their manufacturer is is purposely selling computers that’ll work short term… ima just go to the Apple Store and spend the little extra bread… this was a waste of time… I was really happy with my purchase until now I’m so hurt about this…

You’ve got to be kidding me! I’ve been looking to step up my laptop game and elevate it back into the Apple ecosystem. Don’t get me wrong, my PC does things that Apple doesn’t do and my 2008 late model MacBook Pro served me well, until it didn’t work anymore. As I was searching for a replacement, this came on my radar and I couldn’t pass it up!

Came a week early almost in brand new condition works fine . Sleeping on this deal .

Purchasing refurbished products always leaves some uncertainty and apprehension, however I must say that I’m very pleased with the performance that I have experienced. The computer runs faster than the computer I had bought at full price, and the description within the product before purchasing was accurate.

I ordered one of these and overall the quality was very good; however, the one I received had a couple of issues. The screen looked good at first glance, but the colors were off and there was no way to correct them. It also had a couple of keys that was inconsistently working. I returned it to the local store.

The computer itself is great but, the battery definitely needs to be replaced. I can’t use it for longer than 30 minutes while I’m editing pictures with out it getting extremely hot and the battery just draining.

This is an excellent product, that’s is easy to use, has great performance and amazing features.

We received the MacBook, and it turned on just fine, but when I went to plug it in, it was not charging. I went to remove the charger (which was not Apple brand) and it got stuck inside. I was able to get the piece out. I TRIED to return it to the store since it wasn’t charging and they said NO because it broke the warranty when the charger they game me broke off inside. I was then told by that person’s manager that he will accept the exchange this time, but do not buy refurbished MacBooks. Horrible customer service, and horrible decision to buy this on my part. I purchased two others for my children and the one came with the correct charger and the other one came with a different charger like mine did, and also does not work. Just do not do it. Save yourself some headaches.

honestly the MacBook and power cord work well. the only thing is that the FN key came broken. hopefully that's covered with the 90 day warranty that comes with the purchase. this Mac runs just as great as my newer MacBook.

Works well, I haven't had any real struggle with having purchased a refurbished version! It was just super sticky and dirty when I got it. So that ... was gross.

Don’t wait buy and receive everything as seen , pretty good MacBook only returned due to minor cosmetic issues with screen turning yellow

Works okay. The tabs won’t load so I can’t see the open pages I have when working though :(

So far so good I had the Mac book 13 pro more than a year , it still work good. It is for my boy do home work . I hope it can be using few more year

Second time buying a refurbished laptop through Best Buy. Will not be buying another. The first came with a cracked screen, this one has keyboard issues (the space key works inconsistently at best, and the entire lower frame of the device bends if you apply even a little force. Geek squad will not repair since they are all out of warranty. Either buy new or buy used elsewhere.
