Works okay. The tabs won’t load so I can’t see the open pages I have when working though :(

Second time buying a refurbished laptop through Best Buy. Will not be buying another. The first came with a cracked screen, this one has keyboard issues (the space key works inconsistently at best, and the entire lower frame of the device bends if you apply even a little force. Geek squad will not repair since they are all out of warranty. Either buy new or buy used elsewhere.

it’s a great laptop however i found out it’s one year too old to do things like airplay. i found out 1 day post return date which was a bummer so im gonna have to find another solution. other than that its a fantastic laptop

Purchased this Macbook for my daughter, and she loves it. Wouldn't have know that this was refurbished. Perfect all the way around.

I went @ Downey ca. bestbuy Geek squad. They are Not very helpful. They said it’s 2023 model but I found out that it’s 2017. They lied to you just to sell their product. The screen has many scratches. Learn my lesson from buying geek squad refurbished. Not recommended?

Stay away from Geek Squad refurbs. I had an issue with the macbook I purchased and took it to Best Buy. They told me they can't service it and had to call bestbuy.com. Called bestbuy.com more than 5 times and each time i am told something different. Last I was told is to take it back to the store! Worse experience ever.

Straight up ,, so pist that a business like best buy would sell stuff that damaged. It looked like rocks were dragged across the screen, thats not even the worst of it .
