Straight up ,, so pist that a business like best buy would sell stuff that damaged. It looked like rocks were dragged across the screen, thats not even the worst of it .

Amazing laptop for it to be used gets everything I need done

I love it so much. But ive been so busy amd havent had much time to check it out.

The item was damaged in multiple spots like someone had dropped it on concrete multiple times. Had water damage around the screen. And was slow when moving screens.

I have used Macintosh products since they came out, for everything from digital design, writing, watching movies, music, you name it. I’ve had two instances where my Mac laptop was unavailable- once stolen, and once because my clumsy self spilled a pint of beer on the keyboard. Living on a freelancers pay, I’ve gotten the BEST refurbished laptops from Best But and strongly encourage anyone to do the same!!

Works great! I use it for work, was an upgrade from a much older Max Book.

Worked for a couple of months. No longer worked. Brought it in to geek squad and each time they said they fixed it they just lied :)

Don’t buy this piece of junk. After about 6 months, laptop won’t start without disk repair using disk utility. I took it back to Geek Squad and they said they don’t support any product older than 5 years. Yes it’s a 5 year old model but they would keep selling it until someone bought it. My bad for not doing a research before making a purchase.

Purchased this laptop for my sister who lives in Europe. Initially the laptop opened and seemed functioning however when we started to set up internet connection the laptop started to malfunction. If the laptop was back in the States I'd return it, but unfortunately it is not. extremely disappointed.
