    This MacBook feels so soft and their shipping is great and fast. I’ve had it for a long time and it is still very durable. The battery life lasts long.

    I've had this computer for a year and had to send it to the Apple Store because it wouldn't turn on, and they told me the brain is dead and it would cost $600 to fix.

    Broke after a year and a half of regular use. I was told that certified geek squad refurbished simply means that it was broke and they fixed it. I paid $1000 for the laptop. I received no further recommendations. I was simply towed. There’s nothing they can do for me.

    Got it for my daughter for Christmas and when it finally came time to set it up, we couldn’t even login. So then I had to take it to geek squad to get it serviced and it cost me $100 for them to reinstall iOS. It wanted a username and password to log into an unknown Wi-Fi. Seems to me like it was never even reset to factory settings.

    Had laptop for 5 months and completely stopped working went completely black. Gonna be the same price as the laptop itself just to fix. Highly do not recommend. Just buy the brand new laptop, not worth wasting money on a “refurbished” laptop.

    Got the computer with a dent in it. Never dropped it stopped working after 6 months. Went to Best Buy to see if they could fix it and they said there was nothing they could do.

    The screen was damaged when I received it and it only got progressively worse. It started to flicker to the point where it was unusable.

    It's a great laptop and it runs pretty well so far. I have noticed the keys stick at times and it can run hot, but you can't beat it for the price I paid.
