We bought this computer refurbished from Best Buy. The computer can barely run anything that's not Safari - hugely disappointing.

Had laptop for 5 months and completely stopped working went completely black. Gonna be the same price as the laptop itself just to fix. Highly do not recommend. Just buy the brand new laptop, not worth wasting money on a “refurbished” laptop.

Got the computer with a dent in it. Never dropped it stopped working after 6 months. Went to Best Buy to see if they could fix it and they said there was nothing they could do.

The screen was damaged when I received it and it only got progressively worse. It started to flicker to the point where it was unusable.

It's a great laptop and it runs pretty well so far. I have noticed the keys stick at times and it can run hot, but you can't beat it for the price I paid.

Smooth and everything is easily accessible. I was able to fine accessories to protect my keys, screen and a case for the laptop itself. I love this new computer and it was only $150 more expensive than the Dell I had previously.

Purchased for my son and he loves it! He likes that it is small enough to travel with and plans on using it for his seniors year of high school and into college.

Couldn't be happier with the refurbished MacBook. Fast delivery as promised.

I am so upset, I have had my MacBook Pro for 3 months and it just started shutting down randomly shortly after start up. I took it in to our local Geek Squad and after a quick diagnostic they said it will need to be shipped off. I had to pay $80.00 to send it in even though I am a Best Buy Total member. I just received an email that the repair will be $684.75 which is almost what I paid for the unit in full as it was a refurb. JUST THREE MONTHS AGO!!!! If the product doesn't work, why resell? Bad business! I am sick!
