I am so upset, I have had my MacBook Pro for 3 months and it just started shutting down randomly shortly after start up. I took it in to our local Geek Squad and after a quick diagnostic they said it will need to be shipped off. I had to pay $80.00 to send it in even though I am a Best Buy Total member. I just received an email that the repair will be $684.75 which is almost what I paid for the unit in full as it was a refurb. JUST THREE MONTHS AGO!!!! If the product doesn't work, why resell? Bad business! I am sick!
