Very good condition, looks brand new works brand new

I thought the price was too good to be true when it came to the refurbished ones, but I received it like it was basically brand new. So happy I made this purchase, I'm using it to write this review right now! Thanks Best Buy!!

Over all I’m really happy with this purchase! The shipping took no longer than 3 days and computer came in perfect condition, couldn’t even tell that it was refurbished. Although I will say it did come really dirty but none the less it runs really well!

Good computer well made good quality I’ve used it for homework

I purchased this for my childs school work. So far it has met all her expectations. It runs flawlessly. She also uses it for photography and hasn't complain. She loves the speed of photo uploads and editing.

So far so good. First purchase of a Geek Squad refurbished. The external looks great. Haven't used the system yet so time will tell, have heard great things.

Minor defects here and there. Was refurbished so you cant expect much but when spending 500$ youd expect something to at least WORK correctly. Frames are super choppy when watching a high resolution video. Used to have an issue with the screen flickering but i just turned off the auto adjusting brightness. Other than the choppy frames, the computer is good. I would recommend this computer but i would also recommend purchasing warranty or making sure theres gaurentee.
