This is my first MacBook. Due to money restrictions I purchased this refurbished MacBook Pro and it looked brand new. Since I needed a laptop just for basic use, I feel I made a great choice. I’m used to windows computers but have an apple phone and iPad it was easy to learn and Navigate. I totally recommend.

The MacBook Pro worked well for almost 2 weeks and then died. Thankfully is was on the last day of the return period. We took it to BestBuy for help because it was Geek Squad Certified and we have the BB Total Membership, but they don't service refurbished computers (which I didn't realize), and there was nothing they could do so we had to return it. We ended up buying another one from Amazon due to their 90 day refund policy and ability to buy insurance on it. We had great luck previously with a refurbished MacBook Pro from BB but this experience was a complete disappointment. Had it died a day later, I wouldn't have been able to even return it.

This has been a great purchase and everyday use. I don’t know where I would be without my laptop.

Decent shape for the age of what I bought. Had a lot of scratches on the outside of it and was a little stiff opening up the laptop. I understand that it is used and refurbished but it works for what I need it as I am a truck driver and working on learning website development with it.

Absolutely awful. I ordered this on April 22 for “guaranteed” delivery on the 28th, I’ve waited almost 3 weeks for this to ship and it still hasn’t. I was not offered a replacement item or a cancellation. Still waiting.

Only issue so far is the power cord is cracked in 2 places. How do I get a new one?

Great product and really works as advertised with an easy setup.

For a used laptop I was very surprised to find it this cheap and working as great as it does

I would give a negative number if I could. This is the second refurbish computer sent to me. The first stopped working before the 14 days warranty was out and the second stopped working within 4 months of purchase. I do not recommend purchasing these refurbish apple computers from Best Buy.

Great computer, does everything I need it to do. I couldn't tell it was a refurb, it looked like it was brand new straight out of the box.

This computer and trade was a life saver and works so well. The battery runs low but its worth the price and quality.

So far so goof refurbished and all I would buy again

Good computer. Works great…….when it wants to. Have problems with it randomly restarting in the middle of doing work. It will restart 3-5 times in a row before it finally decides that it want to work right.
