    I would give a negative number if I could. This is the second refurbish computer sent to me. The first stopped working before the 14 days warranty was out and the second stopped working within 4 months of purchase. I do not recommend purchasing these refurbish apple computers from Best Buy.

    Good computer. Works great…….when it wants to. Have problems with it randomly restarting in the middle of doing work. It will restart 3-5 times in a row before it finally decides that it want to work right.

    Mac book worked okay it was damaged on the side and scratched. On top off all that when i opened the box the wrong charger was sent. I went to the best buy store the next day and they said they can’t do anything about it. after speaking with the manager the employee gave me a charger and told me I can take this one. I went to pay for the other item I was purchasing, and the employee said can I scan the charger and I figured it was just to show that it was no longer at the store. He was making me pay $70 for it. There was not even a deal or anything they messed up and making me pay. HORRIBLE

    Item arrived promptly , 2 days after screen started glitching , it seem as it warmed up it happened more . Called auto let services it had 15 guarantee , was told to go into a store and I would be able to do an exchange, went into the store , they were not able to do an exchange . Was told any open boxes or refurbished items were kept on a warehouse. DO NOT recommend buying anything Geek Squad refurbished
