    I was super happy to get the laptop in the mail! I paid for 2 days shipping, but didnt get it till the 3 day and they were nice enough to refund the $30 i paid for fast shipping! The only down side is that when j watch a video or movie the screen bugs out idk kinda disappointed with it but will try and make it work.

    The laptop is great no issues, however the battery is defective and Best Buy will not send me a new battery, they want me to purchase a new battery. Be away of battery issues.

    7 months later and my laptop shuts off on its own and now won’t turn on at all. I’m not sure exactly what the problem is, but now I have to pay more to get it repaired by a professional.
