I bought this MacBook on Saturday night, and at first they said I would get the product on Monday, but I got it on Tuesday night. When I got the product, the box was damaged, it didn’t not have any type of protection inside the box in order to not damage my product, it was the wrong color, and the worse, it was very dirty. I had to spend over an 1 hour at BestBuy in my city, in order to get a new product. They did not care about all the inconveniences I had. I waited all day long to get my product, then I had to drive to Best Buy and spend an hour over there. I have tried to contact the customer service, and show to them the pictures of how I received the product, but they did not care as well. The product I received was not refurbished at all

My first apple laptop. Really love my laptop. Runs fast. Looks new. Not much marks on. So far no issue.

I ordered the refurbished MacBook Pro in gray, but I received a MacBook Air in rose gold. That’s the rationale for losing a star. The process of returning the item was exceptionally easy and taken care of well. I think on that front, the return process, was under promised and overdelivered. Would have preferred what I ordered, but they cleaned it up well.

love this but the camera is blurry but everything else is good

Was in perfect condition and ran really smooth had to return it tho because I didn't realize I bought the i5 processor I start school in the fall and I wanted at least an M1 chip went to my local Best Buy and they allowed me to trade it in and get an open box MacBook Air with an M2 chip for 300 dollars not a bad deal at all

In perfect condition. Only thing that wasn’t an Apple product was the charging cord; but that’s fine. I’ve had it over half a year now & works perfect.

I received my MacBook Pro 13 and I am completely satisfied. It is refurbished and I have had no issues whatsoever. I was able to pick up the item in store and it was fast and convenient. The price was a deal and I am enjoying my new MacBook Pro.

Good condition. The battery that came with it though is dewkie. It don’t last but other than that it’s really good

I usally have like 5 websites open and it usally starts lagging. The mac book is nice and everything works just as perfectly except all the lag.

Overheating, So slow, Died every two hours... returned immediately.

This laptop was great but one particular thing bothering me was the heating capability. When I go on an app that doesn’t use a lot of power, let’s say google or safari, the laptop overheats a lot. It gets to a point where I get frustrated.
