    Okay so, to begin with this product was amazing when I first got it. Brand new and shiny, outside was beautiful. Worked well, until one DAY it apparently just stopped working from the keyboard. I got so scared because it was working just fine. I went to Best Buy and the guy at Geek Squad was just shaking his head at me the whole time. He then told me no matter what, dont trust refurnished. He then went to tell me that this was common, and that the keyboard wasn’t fixable, and the item was eligible for return. But he did say that I could pay $50 for the Best Buy membership ad return it because I was still under the 60 day policy return with Best Buy. I’m happy i got my money back but please BEWARE! Also the battery life wasn’t that great, took time to start, not worth it.

    I was super happy to get the laptop in the mail! I paid for 2 days shipping, but didnt get it till the 3 day and they were nice enough to refund the $30 i paid for fast shipping! The only down side is that when j watch a video or movie the screen bugs out idk kinda disappointed with it but will try and make it work.

    This is the worst purchase i made the macbook it had scratches ane a line and the charger was chowed and i didnt like it
