I bought my MacBook Pro in March and it’s been a big upgrade from my old HP. It runs smoothly for everything I use it for (Netflix, school, browsing, light editing). Battery life is just okay but it drains a bit if I just shut it closed, so I recommend putting it in sleep mode and keeping it charged when not in use. I love the size, backlit keyboard, and touchbar, plus it syncs perfectly with my iPhone so everything’s in one place. I did get a case, keyboard cover, and an adapter since it only has USB-C ports. The camera isn’t the best, but it works fine. Overall, I like it, it’s a sleek, reliable laptop that does the job really well!

Makes lot of noise fan & gets hit really hot this is not my first Mac

I purchaed this Macbook as a refurbished model. I tried to setup this Maxbook. The person who had this laptop wiped out the MacOS operating system software amd added the Microsoft Office software and it had professional work emal software loaded on the Macbook. Apparently the Geek Squad or the team doesn’t always complete quality checks on these refurbished laptops to bring back to factory settings before selling this laptop as a refurbished model . I had to take the MacBook back to the Bestbuy store and the Geek Squad was unable to restore the MacBook to factory settings and adding the MacOS software back on the Macbook. I had to get my money back on this MacBook due to all issues with the laptop.

This refurbished laptop was awful! It had the sticker residue from a sticker and not Fully cleaned off and the battery life was horrendous. I took it back for a refund. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The computer was not wiped and could not be. It could not be set up because it still belonged to someone else. Took it to the geek squad and they could not not do anything with it. Nobody really seemed to care. I did get a refund, but I was very disappointed with the entire experience. If you are looking for a refurbished Mac…Amazon it.

It is an excellent unit; it runs like new!! It was much needed, and I will look at purchasing another unit.
