Terrible. Computer doesn't work after three months of use. No warranty as it is 5 days out of the three month warranty period. Do not purchase anything from Best Buy -- terrible customer service.

Customer service was good, shipment was delayed one day, product was unusable…
Even though product says geek squad certified and is promoted as a refurbished computer, this particular product had a remote management lock and when I returned to the store the technicians couldn’t reset and make the product usable. I’ve returned this product and have ordered another refurbished laptop, hoping they don’t sell more than one unusable product!

Don’t expect this item to get to you anytime soon after you order. I ordered a week and a half ago, with an expected delivery date 3 days later. However , as of now it has still not been shipped.
