Computer arrived in perfect shape, not a single scratch, it looks brand new. Setup was easy like any other mac and there was no trace of a previous user. So far it’s been performing perfectly. I was slightly skeptical purchasing a refurbished product but I officially trust the Geek Squad with this type of a purchase.

Send me the wrong item with wrong GPU size and CPU, quick wastes my time. Now I have waiting for the refund. The return delivered last Monday. It’s been 7 business days. Still waiting for the refund

I'm sure it's a great laptop, too bad I didn't even get the chance as I was sent the 512GB version instead of what I ordered - what a shock as I was sent the wrong item for 3/3 of my orders. Waste of my time to go return it, and money as I can't return the case and cover I bought for it.
