For the price couldn't beat it. It arrived ahead of time. It included the original charger and not a 3rd party. Everything was great condition with the exception of a very small ding on the front right side. Nothing a protective cover couldn't hide. Overall i am very happy with the gamble I took on this Macbook Pro since it appeared to be very lightly used. Dinging one star due to it arriving somewhat dirty but it did clean up nice and added a skin for added protection.

Dents and scratches not disclosed on refurbished item. Deceptive listing which does not accurately list the product. Refurbished means used and repaired- not dented and scratched. Local Best Buy said they couldn’t do anything and customer service is also no help. I want a credit or discount that reflects the true value of the product.

It was in mint condition, no scratches, no dents, no marks. The only downside was that the battery health was at 90% and the keys were a little bit worn. But other than that I'm very satisfied and to be honest it was a great price for the machine I got.

I love this new to me, refurbished laptop! Received as expected! No issues! I've always bought refurbished but only from Apple until now. I needed to stay at a certain budget but buy from a reputable source. I'm glad I found that Best Buy sells refurbished Macs!

Bought this as a gift and It in perfect condition can in clean with no scratches or signs of use. The battery health is perfect would definitely purchase a refurbished laptop again.

Bought 4 months ago. Still works great. Immediately ran it to check for any problems, didn't find anything. Still now issue. No damage. I recommend. Of course, I think sometimes with refurbished it can be mixed bag, but I can confirm I have had zero issues the last 4 months.

Was excited to upgrade my wifes M1 macbook pro. The box came a bit beaten up, but Macbook was in perfect condition. This was a steal for the price and with trading in her M1 a no brainer.

Refinished, it was more scratched up than I would have bought if I had seen it first. Otherwise a good machine.

Bestbuy shipped me an older model MacbookPro M1 instead. When I purchased it, Bestbuy also offered me best buy credit card with 15% discount on first purchase which I did apply. When I have to return the laptop due to I had received the wrong laptop and wanted to purchase another one, Bestbuy credit card wouldnt honor my 15% discount.

I literally got a new MacBook pro. It obly had 14 cycles, battery health is 100%. I didn’t find any scratches or dents, it’s like new. The screen is perfect. I really enjoy it!

No charger and charging cable included in the box. However the website is specifically listed the charger and the charging cable are included. Called customer service, the representative told me to go to the store. Drove two hours to the closest Best Buy, where they told me to call customer service. Incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience shopping at BBY.
