Bestbuy shipped me an older model MacbookPro M1 instead. When I purchased it, Bestbuy also offered me best buy credit card with 15% discount on first purchase which I did apply. When I have to return the laptop due to I had received the wrong laptop and wanted to purchase another one, Bestbuy credit card wouldnt honor my 15% discount.

No charger and charging cable included in the box. However the website is specifically listed the charger and the charging cable are included.
Called customer service, the representative told me to go to the store. Drove two hours to the closest Best Buy, where they told me to call customer service. Incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience shopping at BBY.
