    Got my laptop in within a week! Best Buy refurbished is always one of the first places I look to buy cheaper tech. They take a lot of care in repairing and restoring stuff they get in, and it shows! Love my laptop and use it everyday for many different tasks.

    The "refurbished" computer did not work out of the box, the battery could not hold a charge. Had to be returned, a complete waste of time.

    I bought this to use exclusively for school as I have had nothing but problems with windows stuff. Even though Apple has let me tie my phone number to at least 4-5 different Apple id’s in the past year now they say I cannot create one for my school computer unless I get another phone number. Come to find out without an Apple account a Mac is just a really expensive web browser that is almost useless unless Apple is all you know. I have a disability and it has become apparent that tech companies could care less about accessibility. There are no good options left. They all suck equally.
