    Refurbished but you cannot tell. Computer moves quickly and looks great for hundreds of dollars less. I highly recommend refurbished items from Best Buy.

    I’ve had a Mac air since college and I loved it but it was hitting its lifespan. I didn’t trade in but i definitely love this MacBook Pro. I’ve wanted a pro for a while and I did a little research about which processor and graphic would be best for my needs while also getting as much storage as possible- I have had no complaints about the computer itself but some of the features are so upgraded that I almost felt like it was an alien using it lol

    Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with the refurbished equipment I received—it arrived dented, scratched, and clearly overused. While I know some people have had better experiences, mine was not one of them. I would not recommend buying refurbished from this seller.

    Ordered the Macbook pro m3 pro in black. Received a macbook pro m1 in silver. A completely different product and model. Like best buy wasn’t even trying to send the right product or they purposely trying to fool people. I was able to get a refund.
