    Ordered the Macbook pro m3 pro in black. Received a macbook pro m1 in silver. A completely different product and model. Like best buy wasn’t even trying to send the right product or they purposely trying to fool people. I was able to get a refund.

    When I received the laptop it was still owned and controlled by the previous owner so had no way of accessing anything.
