One of the best purchases i have made from Bestbuy! The Mac came out so fresh like new. Spotless! Performance is great. Holds very good charge.

As soon as i opened the box and took it out of the wrap, i noticed damage to the back corner of the top, it wasnt as smooth as you can see in the pictures turns out it was bent, which was caused damage to the display that wasnt fixed. Then i opened the laptop, (it was somewhat stuck together because it hadnt been even wiped down it literally looked like it came out of a teenagers bookbag and was put in a box and sent to me. Needless to say ill be returning this old beat up thing tomorrow and spending slightly more on a new one with better hardware. So if youre on the fence on getting the refurb or getting new, just get new, if youre on a tighter budget or really not too worried about the “minor damage” then this might be for you. Oh and both sides of the trackpad are ridiculously scratched, just see the picturez i cant even describe it in words..

For the price I expected little to no damage, this thing has dings and dents and scratches like crazy! The screen was also filthy. I was pretty shocked to see the condition it came in. Seems to work fine but I just got it today 9/28/23.

Was skeptical about purchasing this mac book pro but after receiving the laptop and looking it over i was amazed how good it looks! It literally looks almost brand new with no scratches and it works great! One issue i noticed is the battery doesnt last as long but i did choose the setting for maximum performance so maybe that could be it, other then that i am very satisfied and will probably purchase referbished items from now on and save more!!

The laptop is like new. Just 1 scratch in the back.

This computer is pretty solid but it’s not quite as pro as it probably once was. The fan is really working hard on this one…

The laptop itself is great! I feel like I got a great Macbook Pro at a discount. It's a bit dated still having an i7 intel processor, but runs at par with my other gaming laptop which has similar specs. I didn't give it five stars because I found the same model at Amazon after the purchase came in for about $50 less.

I bought this for my mother for her birthday. She is used to using a pc but figured out how to use this super fast. The computer came in great condition and setup was quick and easy.

I love everything about my new MacBook Pro, screen is perfect in size & quality. Battery life is on point!

It was a good deal, but sadly, even though it was geek squad certified, the battery was severely degraded upon opening so would not have lasted very long. Returned and bought one somewhere else since I was on a tight budget

Battery doesn’t last one hour only battery need replacement.

Packaged and delivered well, laptop looks fine, has a few dings and scratches, but operates well overall. Only major concern was the charger included - 87W USB C, paired with a 3rd party 240W cable. The power adapter plug is loose, looks replaced, and it sparks when plugged in. Have to go out and replace the charger and cable.

I bought the same model for the same price except the one I purchased has double the HD space 512 GB
