Honestly, I love this computer. I waited years to be able to have a touch bar. I was a little worried, because while most reviews were great, some were not. But alas! This computer was PERFECT! It's everything I wanted. It was in condition so perfect, I would think it was never or hardly used before they abandoned it. There was no wear anywhere, no damage to keys, the battery is fantastic, the touch bar works, no scratches on any surface. The resolution is so clear I'm almost IN my computer screen! An amazing price, all things considered. We are a couple weeks in as I write this, and I have no complaints. It's EXCELLENT. Everything felt like new, including the charger. No untoward bends or dings anywhere! Charges fast! This mac is everything I ever wanted.

Amazing for a refurbished Mac Pro so far no issue's

This Macbook pro is a powerhouse laptop that I purchased through "Geek Squad" program. Its used but I was willing to risk buying because Best Buy stood behind this producf. Very fast and just joy to use. My first ipad 2 also came from Best Buy and it still works today, but I needed a laptop for music production and multi-task applications. Awesome product at a great savings. Highly recommend. Thanks

Older model MacBook for a decent price. I originally got it so that I could go back to school but things didn’t pan out. It still works for what I need to work for which is my job. Has everything I needed. And still let me on a good quality laptop on a budget.

The laptop was beautiful but it was unfortunately locked to someones work account and after a half hour as geek squad found that it couldn't be unlocked and the guy told me that Best Buy basically got scammed. The computer had to be returned and I am now waiting another week for another refurb computer. I need this for my small business as my previous mac is no longer working and I am without a laptop. Disapointing to say the least, hopefully the new laptop doesn't come locked to an account!

physically in good condition, but the speed is soooooo delayed. do not know why and of course time flies and i passed my 90 day warranty for a refurbished product. eye roll.

Inordered this Macbook and was so excited to get my item. On the day of delivery I attempted to setup but it was locked to someone else icloud. Took it back to Best Buy and they could not fix the issue. After waiting for almost a week; so disappointed and their customer service at the Flushing location is horrible. Will never deal with them again
