works ok, but short warranty for an expensive item

However, found out it is a five year old computer, battery was only about 60%, and keyboard felt "mushy". Has only a 90 day warranty, and cannot purchase additional warranty from Apple. Although the computer seemed to work okay, I felt it was expensive with such a short warranty. If it had a full year, would have kept, but as is, I am returning.

Highly recommend MacBook

Even though it was refurbished the MacBook looked brand new with no scratches, dust, or crumbs. Minus the power supply, everything was like day one! I’m currently using the MacBook for school (programming) and it is doing an amazing job for what my needs are. First time Mac user as well and I might not go back to Microsoft!

Despite being refurbished, it shows no signs of wear and tear. I'm so impressed that I've decided to buy refurbished Macs from Best Buy going forward instead of opting for brand new ones.

For a fraction of the price, the quality was near brand new with zero imperfections for a third of the price. Came in a box with a charger. Highly recommend.

The computer runs good, no issues, good speed, I'm coding in Java and running good.
