I was looking forward to having a MacBook Pro at a great day, and honestly everything runs great on it, the laptop itself was in great conditions, nothing wrong with the keys or the screen. I was VERY disappointed with the performance. Yes, it runs fast and efficient, that is at the expensive of draining the battery, quickly!! It would not be so bad to leave it plugged up while using it if it did not heat up so much. The keypad gets hot, and the charging block, (which was a generic brand, not even Apple) heats up so much that I would not feel safe leaving it plugged up if I left the house. While my iCloud was loading, it kept pausing for the "MacBook to cool down" If you are not concerned for the temperature and battery performance, then you will get a great deal. However this was not going to fit my needs. I will be returning it and buying a MacBook Air M3.

Great laptop. I was pleasantly surprised about the condition of laptop. No scratches. Great speed. I love the touchbar, with predicted text when writing papers. Also comes in great for auto fill. I enjoy the large screen to complete task. Can go wrong with laptop, but used and save difference

I’m blown away that I got a laptop of this caliber for under $700. I can’t say enough amazing things about the quality and care that was given and taken with this refurbished model. It captures everything I want in a Mac laptop and then some. The shipping was extremely fast and free from Best Buy and the product was better than I had expected. I’m a sucker for the streamlined capabilities Apple products have. knowing my IPad, Apple Watch, Apple notebook and my Iphone all sink together making my information I need to accessible when I need it gives me a incredible amount of freedom and confidence in the Apple brand.

MacBook is in good condition, haven’t had much problems so far and it works really well.

Packaging was bare bones (was hoping for the Apple box) but that was fine. The Macbook itself arrived in excellent condition and so far i've had no problems with it.

When I got my MacBook, it still had someone’s personal account on it. Seems like it may have been used as a work computer. I reached out to tech support & was told to call feel support. They told me to call Apple to remove account.

Got sent me the wrong item and had to drive an hour to the nearest Best Buy just to get told to go to customer service I called customer service and they told me to go in person , I went in person again just for them to tell me to come back tomorrow.

Bought this for my daughter, who is taking digital creative courses at a local community college. This is a stunning Macbook Pro. We wanted silver, but only space gray was available. It is sleeker and (dare I say) prettier in person than we expected. The 16" screen is impressive and gorgeous. We own several Apple devices but have chosen not to upgrade to the M-chip series in the Pro yet, as this version is more affordable and runs the same macOS as the latest MacBook Pro. She uses Adobe and Final Cut on this model without any delays. The refurbished model is nearly perfect. One tiny (I won't even call it a dent) blemish on one edge is the only giveaway that it's not brand new. The battery life might also be less than perfect, but adding a new battery is fairly inexpensive. I believe this 2019 model will last at least three years before it starts to lag in the market. That's perfect timing for us to upgrade to an M-chip in the future. The box it came in was a little "handled," but the laptop was safely bubble-wrapped inside. We had it delivered to our local Best Buy and picked it up from there to avoid having to be home to sign for it. We also thought it might improve the package status to go to the store and not out for residential delivery. I'm thrilled to have scored a high-end MacBook Pro for just a quarter of its original price. I also treated myself to an M3 MacBook Air in Midnight at a discount (since it's no longer the latest model), and it’s stunning as well!

The laptop is in great cosmetic condition and works well, however, the battery is bad. Has to be plugged in to work.

I love this MacBook. It was the first time going from PC to Apple and the switch was very easy. I wanted to switch to Apple so I could use GarageBand. The Mac only issue I see ( and this was included in the description) was the battery life. However, as long as you plug in often, this isn’t so much of an issue.

Great computer was unaware you could not get the latest OS for the laptop after I had it. Some newer software from the ap store will not be compatible with it. But overall great computer

I bought this Macbook for music production I got the 16ram thinking it would've handle my workload which is very small at the moment because im new to mixing and mastering so I don't use too many plugins and im getting overloads every project .. other than that though its cool ig oh yeah the battery go dead sooooooo quick :/
