Disappointed with quality of refurbishing

Applications crash regularly and my cursor tends to jump around my text in the middle of typing. I was looking forward to using a MacBook after year and years with windows machines. I think the refurb process was not as complete as it needed to be.

Refurbished dud

The first one wouldn’t even boot right. BB did take it back and refund my money. Then I tried again. This one did boot and I was able to get it set up. However, it soon started crashing unexpectedly. I returned it and got store credit. I won’t buy certified refurbished from BB again. PS. The person at the Geek Squad was polite and helpful. No issue with the service just the product.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it was a very bad experience for me. firstly: my order was sent not to the address I specified, but to an auto parts store. secondly: the packaging box was open and in terrible condition. the computer was not in its original packaging, it felt like it had been stuffed into the first box that came along, followed by a dirty, dirty charger thrown into it. there is a dent on the computer. it feels like it has already been used. I did not expect such a disgusting and disregardful attitude towards an order for $1500. this was the first and last time I ordered something from Best Buy!!!!
