In 2019 was the last year that Apple produced an Intel product. Still capable of running windows as well as Apple with a key selling point and an excellent purchase. I would recommend this to a friend.

I've been stuck in a loop of signing into the MacBook Pro, it asking me to change startup disk or continue, then it reboots. No matter what I choose, the loop continues. Geek Squad online didn't even ask me to try anything, they immediately told me to go into a BB store. So I went to BB store to see Geek Squad in person and they were NO help. I told them what the loop was, and after one sign-in and reboot, they said "oh, it should be ok now," even though I explained that this has been happening and is a part of the loop. So, no, it wasn't ok, and the loop continues. They told me to contact Apple. Apple online and phone support at least had me try different things, but the computer still won't get out of this loop. I then contacted BB again just to see if I could return this non working computer even though it's outside of the return window, and that was a "no." What a nightmare! I don't recommend buying Geek Squad certified refurbished computers through Best Buy. What a joke and waste of time/money!

I paid good money for a used laptop, but after a month, I realized the battery wasn't holding its charge. This didn't just start happening. At least they could have changed the battery. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying any certified refurbished from Best Buy; it's not refurbished you are paying for the title Mac Book Pro.

Some ding and scratches and wrong charging wire for MacBook bit works fine.

I had to return it right away because it was associated with someone else’s Apple account and I cannot get past the initial setup. It looks like it would be an excellent computer if I could actually use it.

My "refurbished laptop" came with major eternal damage, including an actual DENT in the external shell. given the deal I got, I tried mot give it a chance, however its been having other hardware problems also. I am incredibly unhappy and will be seeking a complete refund, and have already bought a new laptop from blackmarket, id recommend anyone else save your time and money and do the same. this should have been sold as a used laptop, in fair condition at BEST, shame on you Best Buy!!!

Waste money battery is not good it need charge cable all the time

Indeed great value for this hi-end MacBook Pro. I love the little touch screen on keyboard. Unfortunately, the new MacBook Pro Apple silicon M1 and M2 16” screen don’t have it. I was wondering why?

The display and size of the MacBook Pro is astonishing. Watching Apple TV on it is excellent.

So far it has been working very good. I was able to take advantage of the Florida sales tax abatement that was offered for a limited time.

I would not purchase refurbished again. The laptop was overheating and would not even allow me to download the needed software. I sent it back the next day.
