No problems at all, always love Apple Products, LOVE IT

To be fair I haven't used this too much, but in the short time I've had it I've grown to like it a lot. I love that it is so easy to use and there are various functionalities. My favorite part is that the pen snaps easily onto the side of the iPad and charges quickly. The refurbished one I purchased came basically brand new, so I would recommend going that route if you don't mind "used" products

drawing on my iPad is a dream now with this thing. Battery life is awesome, but that's to be expected. It feels like a true pencil when I'm using it.

Very responsive. Easy to charge as it connects magnetically to the iPad Pro. Must have accessory for designers and artist with the iPad Pro. Can't wait for the new operating system to come out and try out using the iPad as a tablet with my desktop programs. Also looking forward to trying Adobe Photoshop with it when the iPad version is released.

The functionality and look of the certified refurbished Apple Pencil is excellent. It is no different from the brand new one that I lost. Why pay more?

Got the refurb version. It works well except the tip was not in great condition. It's worn down and has a gash in it. It is still working, but feels rough when moving. I will need to get some replacements tips - given the overall cost its fine.

I use my Apple Pencil 2 every day as I take notes with my IPad Pro 11. The pencil reacts super well for drawing, sketching, and drafting. Absolute buying recommendation, it is also just a whole lot of fun to interact with the pencil on the iPad!

I bought it simply because it seemed the thing to do with a new iPad Pro. I don’t have an artistic bone in my body so no drawing or graphic work for me. But I have found very useful in timeline manipulation in video editing and oddly coloring for stress releaf. It is expensive but this is Apple.

My first ever Apple Pencil so not much to compare it to, but seems to be refurbished well and from what I can tell works as advertised. Strong magnetic attachment to the iPad Pro and works well on the iPadOS beta with the double-tap feature working. For $30 less it’s a great value over one brand new!

Physically perfect condition. However, it had some flaws. On occasion, it would easily change back n forth to erase mode without me double clicking it. I returned it. Bestbuy service is super easy to work with on returns.

Good item works fine however certified/open box item could use better packaging. Overall good purchase.

I love tech especially when it helps me to do my job better. The newest gen of the Apple Pen is great and easy to use. I love the it is magnetic and sticks to the side of my iPad for storage and charging.

I bought a refurbished Apple Pencil. It looked new and worked like a new pencil. I would buy a e BB refurbished item again

Very good tool for normal use, but worthless for flying as a pilot.
