Be cautious

I understood it to be a refurbished item, however I still expected it to have a fully functioning battery. It did not. Tried to call my local store to see if Geek Squad could replace the battery, but was continuously routed to corporate customer service. Spoke to a rep and it was explained to me that Geek Squad would not replace the battery, my only option was to return. Was also told I could not ship it back, I had to take it to my local store to get a refund. Took it back and ordered a brand new watch from Target. Will never order a refurbished item again, also, Best Buy corporate customer service sucks.

Didn't even work

It arrived with the wrong color band. I tried to exchange it in the store and was told I couldn't so I had to purchase one just to get the band it was supposed to come with. I gave it my daughter as a birthday gift the following day and it wouldn't even turn on. I returned it and ordered from Amazon.

Scratches all over

The worst thing is it’s a geek squad certified refurbished. Geek squad is going down the drain. No more perfection as it used to be.
