Purchased for my son. I understood it to be a refurbished item, however I still expected it to have a fully functioning battery. It did not. Tried to call my local store to see if Geek Squad could replace the battery, but was continuously routed to corporate customer service. Spoke to a rep and it was explained to me that Geek Squad would not replace the battery, my only option was to return. Was also told I could not ship it back, I had to take it to my local store to get a refund. Took it back and ordered a brand new watch from Target. Will never order a refurbished item again, also, Best Buy corporate customer service sucks.

The item arrived and was packaged well and was clean however did not hold a charge past eight hours. I ended up returning it and getting a new watch.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It arrived with the wrong color band. I tried to exchange it in the store and was told I couldn't so I had to purchase one just to get the band it was supposed to come with. I gave it my daughter as a birthday gift the following day and it wouldn't even turn on. I returned it and ordered from Amazon.

crappy packaging- no box no instructions- in case of return or human error-doesnt hold a charge

I know it’s a refurbished product but the glass and the side the dial everything is scratched. The worst thing is it’s a geek squad certified refurbished. Geek squad is going down the drain. No more perfection as it used to be. 

I love it, was the perfect watch for my son, he is 14

When I purchased the item it stated it came with a pink band. The item arrived with a black band. When I called customer service they advised me there was nothing they could do. I would have to go to the store to get the proper pink band as I had ordered. When I talked with customer service at the store they informed me I could not get the band switched out. If I wanted I could return the item but nothing else could be done. I was very disappointed. Do not advertise an item and allow me to order a specific item then send me something else and do nothing to resolve the matter as if it’s my fault.

The physical outlook is fine, but the battery is a complete failure. It can only retain its battery life for about two hours even though it’s 100% charged.

the battery didn't last for 24 hours, the watch worked well but had to charge too often
