Very disappointed

The item arrived with a black band. When I called customer service they advised me there was nothing they could do. I would have to go to the store to get the proper pink band as I had ordered. When I talked with customer service at the store they informed me I could not get the band switched out. If I wanted I could return the item but nothing else could be done. I was very disappointed. Do not advertise an item and allow me to order a specific item then send me something else and do nothing to resolve the matter as if it’s my fault.

The refurbished Apple Watch

I did not check it before giving it to my daughter so it was disappointing when she opened it up Christmas morning. I went on Amazon and ordered her a pink sands band.
