the watch came very dirty it had white crust in the watch & on the watch band & the watch dies super fast

The watch was an excellent shape, however the band which was in a pink sands box was actually black. I did not check it before giving it to my daughter so it was disappointing when she opened it up Christmas morning. I went on Amazon and ordered her a pink sands band.
