    Please don't make the same mistake I did, and purchase a GPS ONLY device without knowing what that means. I even asked a question about buying it for my children, who I specifically said, would NOT have phones. I got them early for their birthday, so the day before their birthday I went to set them up with their numbers. Once the ATT rep told me they wouldn't work without a phone...I attempted to return them, and was told it was outside of their 15 day return policy. You also can't get store credit. Brand new, and bought from their store? Bummer. It was my first, and might be my last, Best Buy purchase.
