    Works fine, had some minor glitches but wasn’t anything crazy. Was sold to me with minor scratches and damage on places all besides the display face.

    It was missing the charger. When I asked for it, they simply asked me to return the item to any of the nearby store. We order items online to save the time and manual effort. If we are asked to return it actually makes us to waste a lot of time and effort.

    Very. Very Poor. This watch was horrible. The microphone was broken when promised fixed and refurbished. Didn’t come with a real Apple charger, and the speakers barely worked. Best Buy Refurbished isn’t the best way to go. Do better next time guys…

    The watch arrived in excellent condition, looking brand new. The battery does drain fast if you keep the always on display on, however with it off I can get away with only charging once a day.

    Just picked this up today from the store and it won’t even turn on. The white apple just flashes on and off over and over while charging but it never turns on. Very disappointed and will be returning.

    This Apple watch could not be paired with a phone that was compatible. I was on the phone with Apple for an hour. There was no serial # included with anything in the package or paperwork. Also, no guarantee of any kind.
