I am extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy's customer service guidelines concerning my Apple Watch. The representatives following their guidelines ended up being unhelpful and failed to resolve my issue. Refurbished. Purchased for niece bday. Shes thrilled. It looks brand new. Seems to work as expected. She’s only had it a week, so I can’t elaborate any farther than the appearance.
