Doesn’t turn on or charge anymore

I tried the reset button and the usual advice I found on YouTube. Also checked the charger against my AirPods to make sure it worked. Tried reaching out to support who weren’t helpful and you can’t return it after 14 days. Never going geek squad refurbished again in my life

Missing parts.

When I asked for it, they simply asked me to return the item to any of the nearby store. We order items online to save the time and manual effort. If we are asked to return it actually makes us to waste a lot of time and effort.
