    Refurbished watch turned out to be junk. In 5 months the complete face fell off exposing the electronics. There was some sort of rubber bonding still attached. Tried to glue it back together but it didn't last, the watch literally fell apart. I don't think you can take these referbs back. You get what you pay for I guess, an expensive lesson but one learned, dont buy referbs!

    The ECG feature didn’t work. Tried many solutions. It’s refurbished and doesn’t mean it works properly. Bought two and one is still defective.

    It is a great watch. However they sent me a small blue band instead of a large white band. So had to scramble to find something that would work for the recipient.
