Fantastic watch that does everything I need it to do!

Package was shipped via UPS as per Best Buy, however UPS did not deliver to the right address. The picture in the UPS delivery shows someone else door. UPS and Bestbuy was contacted and the same day the compliant was lodged. UPS opened investigation it is almost 8 days no response from UPS. or Best Buy. customer did reach out to Best Buy again, however the customer care person " Mario" said we don't care about the customer requirements and they will work as per their policy to wait till UPS submit investigation report. I don't know what me as a customer do in the expectation of the product will arrive. I request the management of customer service to adapt right followup and proper service. people like Mario doesn't help in retaining customer.

I love my new Apple Watch. Wasn’t to sure about getting the navy blue color but it’s nice.

It was such an amazing gift. My father really loved it. Elegant and unique color.

Product is exactly what I wanted and expected. Delivery was quick and seamless.

So annoyed. The watch came in a regular delivery box in a small ziplock bag. No nice box. No paperwork. And it didn't even have a charger when it was supposed to be included.

It is worth for me feeling vibrant from watch because im deaf. I love it .

Not in mind conditions, couple of stratches on side and on the screen with 83% battery life

Lot scratches on this and so i returned immediately. Even the band is also different.

It should incloud pictures for the product before you buy when they say condition is excellent i though no scratch but no there is

Purchased refurbished on Best Buy.com a working Apple Watch is great. However, their review is for a refurbished item. The watch worked about 5 days. It then gets frozen on the Apple logo screen until it’s repaired and reset.

I like it it’s good and it’s working well that’s all.

Love this version for having the keyboard for text.

Ordered 2 and received 1 full watch with band and charger and other one had half a band and no charger. When I talked to them about it all I got was a go to the store. If I wanted to drive over an hour to the store I wouldnt of ordered online. Asked for them to just send the rest of the order and was denied. Probably get rid of my best buy card, dont wanna do business with shisters.

The watch didn’t come with all the accessories like advertised. It was missing the S/M band and the M/L band that was included was actually in black instead of green. The charger was a USB A instead of a USB C.
