I thought best buy would have better standards than amazon but i was shocked to see that Best Buy’s “geek squad” are nothing but a scam advertisment. The watched I received had 83% battery health amd deep scratches on the screen. Just save a little bit of more money and go for the 9 or 10 new. Do not trust these hacks.

Purchased this watch under excellent condition but when I get it, the battery life is below the 80% expected battery health. I went with you guys because of the purpose of getting exactly what I paid for but in this instance, it did not happen and therefore a one star. Not Happy

I bought this watch for my daughter for her birthday and when she opened the watch there were no watch bands at all. Now she can’t wear it until I but her an aftermarket watch band that won’t even be the blue that she wanted

Recieved watch with wrong wrist band and watch locked to last owner.

The watch came broken, not working at all. I have to bring it back to store the same day.

The quality of this job is so low, they charged the screen but you can still see the difference,all the scratches are painted and in coming off

Lot of scratches and battery life at 88% they did just changed and old band for a new one, charger is not working so have to buy a new one. Very disappointed with my watch. Better buy a brand new instead

Package delayed 6 days from the delivery dates, received package in a bubble wrapped bag/envelope in a flimsy smashed box, luckily the watch was not damaged.

Doesn’t keep battery has to be charged everyday lol I may have to return it

Unfortunately the refurbished iPhone watch is glitching. It will not show the icon to connect and allow me to find my iPhone.

I received my watch a little late, but I was excited because it was for a good price. However , the Waatch did not work when it arrive. The geek squad has failed me again. It would not charge or turn on.

The watch stopped working already. Do not ever purchase a refurbished watch. By the time I logged on to try and return for a refund or exchange I was past the two week return period. The battery stopped keeping a charge for about a week. It finally just died on me. Only had the watch for 1 month.

This watch after 9 months it’s broke.i don’t know how how to fix this

It came with the battery it had. Refurbished products are sold “as is” and there is no way of knowing how drained the battery will be when you buy it. A full charge on my refurbished series 7 Apple Watch died by lunch time the first day I wore it. One star because at least they accepted my return.

My wife loves her watch. It's very nice looking. It was in great condition.

-2 Day shipping took over a week to get delivered -Showed up with a different style band than what was pictured -DISGUSTING. It looks like it was never cleaned. Ever. Both the watch and the band are covered in what looks like a mix of dirt, grime, and maybe dead skin? This is absolutely disgusting. Is this what qualifies for GeekSquad Certified Refurbished?

Said it was factory refurbished…it was scratched and the band was dirty. My son didn’t see the return window and is stuck with it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!

Was not as described in the listing. Lacked charging cord and was not color listed.

As soon as I took it out of the box, I got ready to return it. This watch was scratched beyond belief, the screen coating was gone except for one weird very noticeable spot, and it looked rough like it slid against concrete. I exchanged it for the new SE and called it a day.
